Breakfast / Dinner

What is the time for breakfast?

Hotel Breakfast is served 6:30AM – 10:00AM (Last entry 9:30AM) at restaurant called "Brillianterrace", located in 5th Floor. The breakfast ticket is available for JPY1300 at the reception.
Children up to 6 years of age are provided with free breakfast and JPY600 discount on regular breakfast prices applies for children from 7 to 12 years if booked at front desk.
 

Can I have breakfast even if I am not staying at your hotel?
Yes, you can enjoy the hotel breakfast for JPY1400. Please ask at hotel reception for the breakfast ticket.
Can I have dinner at the hotel?
There are 4 restaurants on the 2nd Floor of the building; Tony Roma’s, Café bar BLUCE, Tsukushi and RYUHOKAKU. Dinner tickets for the exclusive dinner courses at Tony Roma’s, Café bar BLUCE and Tsukushi are available at the hotel reception.

Hotel Facilities

Do you have onsite parking?
Richmond Hotel Aomori provides 108 car parking spaces in an automated car parking, which are subject to availability and on a “first occupied basis”. We cannot guarantee parking for guests.
Parking rates are JPY900 for 1 night. This is payable upon arrival.
The car park is managed by an external company and available not only for hotel guests but also for visitors of the shops, restaurants and hospitals in the same building.

Can you issue a bill which includes both room charge and parking fee?
Yes. Please request at reception.
Is there a Japanese-style room, Onsen, connecting room and a conference room?

Unfortunately, we do not have a Japanese-style room, Onsen, connecting room or a conference room.

Do you offer free Wi-Fi in the guest room?
We offer free Wi-Fi in the public spaces and all guest rooms. You can also rent a laptop computer for JPY800 per night.
Can I borrow a LAN cable?
LAN cables are provided in the drawers of guest rooms.
Can you provide a baby crib in our room?
We have a few cribs available for the guests, which are subject to availability. If you would like to use a baby crib, please contact our hotel in advance.

What time am I able to check in?
You can check in any time after 14:00.
 
What time should I check out by?
You should check out any time before 11:00.
Will it be possible to check out late?
Should you wish to retain your room after 11:00, please arrange with reception. All rooms subject to availability. The following charges may apply: 1000JPY/hour before 14:00, the full price of the room after 14:00.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We will hold your luggage anytime before and after your stay. Please bring or send your luggage to the front desk.

Up to what age do children stay free of charge?
Children of up to 12 years of age stay free of charge. This applies for a maximum occupancy of one child per bed, and may depend on room type. Children up to 6 years of age are provided with free breakfast and JPY600 discount on regular breakfast prices applies for children from 7 to 12 years if booked at front desk.

Reservations

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:
Call a hotel that you have a reservation

Reservation via Official WEB Site:
Check Amend or Cancel Your reservation.

Reservation via other WEB site:
Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel 
the reservation.

Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.
How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we can not put you on the waiting list.
