Reservations

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:

How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we don't have the waiting list.

Front Service

What time is check-in & check out?
Check-in is any time after 2 pm.
We politely request that you check out of your room by 11 am.

Late departures may be arranged for the extra charge of 1,000 yen per hour until 2 pm, dependent upon room availability.
Can I check-in before 2 pm?
Early check-in is available for the extra charge of 1,000 yen per hour starting from 11 am.

Please let us know in advance if checking in early.
 
What time do you close?
We are open 24/7 for our valued guests.

However, our entrance doors on the 1st floor are locked between the hours of 12 am and 6 am.
Please tap your room key card on the sensor at the entrance to unlock the doors.

There is also an intercom you can use to call the front desk, and we will unlock the doors for you.
Where can I find the front desk?
Our front desk is located on the 5th floor of the building "Marugoto Nippon(まるごとにっぽん)".

Please take the elevator after entering through the entrance on the 1st floor.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes, you may leave your luggage with us at the front desk on the 5th floor both before check-in and after check-out.
When leaving luggage after check-out, please come back for your luggage on the same day.

If you have another reservation with us right after your check-out date, you may leave your luggage with us until your next check-in.  
Can I send my luggage from your hotel?
Yes, you may.
There is a postal service available at the front desk.

We also have cardboard boxes (non-gratis) and duct tape available at the front desk.
Can I send my luggage through postal service before my check-in date?
Yes, we can accept your luggage before your check-in date.
Please write your reservation name (in English), the date of your check-in, and your contact information.

Are taxis readily available?
Yes, taxis may be requested at the front desk in advance and usually arrive within 10 minutes of booking.

*Calling and booking a taxi cost 420 yen and 840 yen, respectively.
 
Can you arrange transport to Narita/Haneda airport?
We are happy to arrange taxis for our guests.
Also, there are limousine bus services from Asakusa View Hotel, which is just a 5-minute walk.
Please ask us at the front desk when needed.

Also, you may find more information in the "Transport".
Can I borrow a wheelchair?
Yes, we have wheelchairs for our guests.

Please make a reservation in advance as availability is limited.

Guest Room

Do you have complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, all rooms come with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Are there tea and coffee in the rooms?
All of our hotel rooms have tea and coffee.
Do your hotel rooms have baths?
All of our rooms have baths and showers.
Some have a combined shower and bathtub, and others have a separate walk-in shower.

You may find more detailed information at "Rooms".
Do you have connecting rooms?
Several of our View Twin/Triple Rooms (Superior Twin) are connected.
For customers who wish to have connecting rooms, please let us know when making a reservation for two Superior Twin Rooms.

Please contact us as soon as possible as the number of connecting rooms is limited and our ability to honor your request is dependent upon availability.
Do you have any rooms with a view of the Sky Tree?
We have View Twin/Triple Rooms with a view of the Sky Tree and Premier Twin/Triple Rooms with a view of both the Sky Tree and Sensoji temple.
Can I request my room to be on a high floor?
You can contact us either after you have made your reservation, or you can select "high floor" in your request at the time of reservation.

Please understand that our ability to honor your request is dependent upon availability.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Yes, we have a custom Superior Twin(View Twin) Room with wheelchair access called the Universal Design Room.

Please request it when you book a View Twin Room.
*Universal Design Room is currently offered as non-smoking only.

Facility

Do you have a gym or a pool in the hotel?
​Unfortunately, we don’t offer the services. However, there are gym and pool close by.

If you are into running, our friendly reception staff can recommend some routes including one which goes through the Sensoji temple grounds.
Do you have a washing machine?
There are two washing machines on each floor from the 8th floor to the 10th floor.
You may check the availability of the machines on your TV.

*Only 100 yen coins are accepted for the machines.
*Detergent will be dispensed automatically.
Do you have a currency exchange service?
Unfortunately, we do not.

However, we can show you where the nearest exchanges are at the front desk.
Can I borrow a wheelchair?
Yes, we have wheelchairs for our guests.

Please make a reservation in advance as availability is limited.
Do you have complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, you may use High-Speed Wi-Fi anywhere in our hotel.
Where is the hotel restaurant?
Our restaurant, Premier Lounge, is located on the 5th floor.
Non-staying guests are also welcome.

Please come through the entrance on the 1st floor, and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
 
Do you have a smoking area?
Yes, it is located on the fifth floor.
Do you have a computer that I can use for free?
Yes, you may use the computer on the fifth floor.

Dining

Where is the hotel restaurant?
Our restaurant, Premier Lounge, is located on the 5th floor.
Non-staying guests are also welcome.
Please come through the entrance on the 1st floor, and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
How much is breakfast?
The prices listed below are for both hotel and walk-in guests.

For adults (including children over 13 years): 1,500 yen
For children 6 - 12 years: 500 yen
For children under 5 years: Free

If you would like to have breakfast, you may purchase a breakfast ticket at the front desk, or you may come straight to the restaurant and pay upon checking out.

Children

Can I share the bed with my children?
One child under 12 years old per bed will be free of charge for sharing.

However with Triple Rooms, we advise against sharing the third bed due to size.
*Essential amenities, slippers and pajamas for children will be provided.
Do you have a baby cot?
Yes, a complimentary baby cot is available for hotel guests. Please contact us in advance as availability is limited.
*Baby cot can be placed in the following room types:
Superior Twin(View Twin), Premier Twin(Premier View Twin) and Corner Twin Rooms.
Do you have bed guards?
Unfortunately, we don't have bed guards. However, we can place the beds together when you book the Twin Room.
We can also place the beds against the wall.
Please let us know if you have a specific request for the beds at the time of reservation.
Do you have baby strollers?
Unfortunately, we don't have baby strollers.
Thank you for your understanding.

Parking

Does the hotel have parking?
We have paid parking for hotel guests.
The parking entrance is located on the 1st floor.

Additional information on accessing hotel parking can be found on our "Map & Direction" page.
How much is the parking fee?
Hotel guests may park in hotel parking for 5,000 yen per night per vehicle.

Please take your parking ticket to the front desk so that we may stamp it to apply the reduced fee applicable to hotel guests.

Flat rate parking is also available for 400 yen per 20 minute block.
Are there any vehicle restrictions?

Can I reserve parking in advance?
We take reservations for parking during weekdays only.

Please let us know your booking name, check-in date, vehicle model, color, and plate number in advance.

Payment

Can I use credit card to make payment?
You may use the following credit cards:
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, TS CUBIC, and Orico

We also take the following payment methods:
Alipay, PayPay, QUICPay, Edy, WAON,
iD and Travel Card such as Suica and PASMO

*If you would like to pay in cash, you will need Japanese Yen.
Unfortunately, other currencies can't be accepted.
We may tell you some currency exchange machines and offices nearby at the front desk.
Is it possible to make a payment in advance?
Yes, it is.

The followings are available:
1. Bank Transfer
The bill will be sent to you and has to be transferred a week before your intended check-in date.
*The transfer fee may be paid at customer's expense.

2. Credit Card payment
The payment link will be sent to you via "JCB Book&Pay".
I've already paid for room charge. Will I need to pay anything else at your hotel?
You may need to pay for "Accommodation Tax" dependent upon your room charge.

To Narita Airport
〇Train (Time required: Approximately 1 hour ~ 1hours 30 minutes)
・From Asakusa Station (Toei Asakusa Line, 13-minute walk from our hotel)
You can take a Limited Express train to Narita Airport without having to transfer trains.
*Fare: 1,310 yen
・From Asakusa Station (Tokyo Metro-Ginza Line, 13-minute walk from our hotel) go to Ueno Station (5 minutes by train).
Then change to Keisei Ueno Skyliner (located in a different station from Ginza Line) to Narita Airport  (approximately 45 minutes).
*Fare: 2,690 yen

〇Taxi (Time required: Approximately 2 hours ~ 2 hours 30 minutes)
・Flat rate: 20,000 yen (10 pm ~ 5 am : 20% extra, approximately 24,000 yen)

・From Toei Asakusa Station (13-minute walk from our hotel), Take a Limited Express train to Haneda Airport without having to transfer trains.

・Flat rate: 7,300 yen (10 pm ~ 5 am : 20% extra, approximately 8,700 yen)

・From Asakusa Station (Tsukuba Express Line, a 2-minute walk from our hotel), go to Akihabara Station.
At the Akihabara Station, change for JR Yamanote Line or JR Keihin Tohoku Line and get off at the Tokyo Station.
*Fare: 350 yen
・From Asakusa Station (Tokyo-Metro Ginza Line, 13-minute walk from our hotel), go to Kanda Station. At the Kanda Station, change to JR Chuo Line and get off at the Tokyo Station.
*Fare: 310 yen

At the Akihabara Station, change trains to the JR Yamanote Line and go to Tokyo Station.
When arriving at Tokyo Station, change trains to the JR Keiyo Line and then get off at the Maihama Station.

*From Maihama Station, you may take a train or walk to Tokyo Disney Land or Tokyo Disney Sea.

〇Shuttle Bus (Time required: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes)
・From Asakusa View Hotel (5-minute walk from our hotel), take Skytree Shuttle Bus to Skytree town.
At the Skytree town, change to the shuttle bus for Tokyo Disney Resort.

Is there an in-room massage service available?
