Reservations

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:
Call a hotel that you have a reservation

Reservation via Official WEB Site:
Check Amend or Cancel Your reservation.

Reservation via other WEB site:
Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel 
the reservation.

Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.
How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we can not put you on the waiting list.

What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is till 11:00am.
Can I stay longer after check-out time, 11:00am?
You may stay until 2:00pm at the most.
Late check-out charge is ¥1,000 per hour till 2:00pm.
After 2:00pm, you will be charger for one night.
Before checking-in or after checking-out, can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
We will keep it for you at the fromt desk. Please feel free to let us know.
I want to send my luggage beforehand.

If you are sending you luggage to the hotel, please make sure to write you name and check-in date.
Can I use my credit card?
You may use any of the following credit cards:
AMEX, VISA, DINERS, MASTER CARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.
Where is the parking lot?
Unfortunately, we don’t own customer-only parking, so guests are not able to reserve them in advance.
There are some meter parking (coin-operated parking) space which is 1 to 7 minutes away from our hotel.
Do you have Internet service in the room?
Abosolutely, all rooms have free Internet service. Both, LAN and wireless LAN.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes we do. (It costs money.)
There is a laundry bag in the room.
Please bring your clothes to the front desk in the bag and fill out the form.
(Out of service on Sundays and Holidays)
There are also Coin Laundrys in the hotel.
Are there a large public bath and a conference room?
Unfortunately, they are not in our hotel.
 
Do you prepare anything to drink in the refrigerater in the room?
We prepare empty refrigerators. Please feel free to bring anything you would like. Also, we have vending machines in the hotel.

Please buy breakfast tickets at the front desk.
Is there any room service?
Unfortunately, we do not provide room service.
Can I get a receipt with my company name?
Yes, you may. Every guest pays their room charge at the machine, and a receipt comes out from the machine.
We can make a receipt with your company name, so please tell the front desk before you make your payment.
If you lose your receipt, we can reissue.
However, it will be handwritten with a ""Reissued"" stamp.
