Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:
Call the hotel that you have a reservation
Reservation via Official WEB Site:
Reservation via other WEB site:
Visit the WEB site that you made the reservation and modify or cancel 
the reservation.
Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.
How many months in advance can I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contact information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Please register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we do not have waiting list for the reservation. 

Check-in/Check-out Time

What is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in:2:00pm Check-out:11:00am.

If you want to extend check-out time

Can I stay longer after check-out time,11:00 am?
Yes, you can stay until 2:00 pm at the latest.
Late check-out charge is \1,000 per hour till 2:00 pm.
After 2:00 pm, you would have to pay the fee for one whole day.

About keeping luggage

Can I leave my luggage before checking-in or after checking-out?
Yes, we can keep your luggage at the reception. Please feel free to ask.

When do I make the payment?
Please make the payment when you check-in.
If you are staying for more than one night, you could either pay day by day or the whole fee upon arrival.

Laundry service

Do you have laundry service?
Yes, there are laundry bags and laundry slips in the room.
Please bring them with your clothes to the reception before 10:00 am.
We will be able to return your laundry on that day after 5:00 pm.
(Not available on Sundays and Holidays)
There is also the laundromat in the hotel.

copy and fax

Can I copy and fax?
For copying, you can print up to 9 papers free of charge.
If you would like to copy more than 9 papers, the charge will be 50 yen per sheet.
(For example, If you want to print out 15 sheets of paper, the charge is 300 yen.)
For sending fax, the charge is 50 yen per 1 fax.
Please ask the reception for detailed information.



Where is the parking lot?
Unfortunately,we don't have the parking lot inside the hotel. 
We can provide you the information about the parking lots around the hotel instead.

Do you have Internet service in the room?
Yes.We have free Wifi and cable/wireless LAN.

Drink in the room

Is there something to drink in the refrigerator in the room?
Please feel free to bring anything.
Also,we have vending machines at the basement floor.

Can I get a receipt with company name?
Please ask the reception staff before making the payment.
If you lost your receipt, we can reissue it with a "Reissued" stamp.
