Reservations

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:
Call a hotel that you have a reservation
 
Reservation via Official WEB Site:
 
Reservation via other WEB site:
Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel 
the reservation.
 
Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.
How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we can not put you on the waiting list.

about check in

Q. What time for check-in/check-out?
 Check-in is from 2:00pm, check-out is till 11:00am.
Q. Can I stay longer after check-out time, 11:00am?
 Can stay until 2:00pm at most. Late check-out charge is ¥1,000 per a hour till 2:00pm. After 2:00pm, will be charged entire regular room charge.
Q. Before checking-in or after checking-out, can I leave my luggage?
 We will keep it. Please feel free to tell us.
Q. I want to send luggage beforehand.
 Please send your luggage to the following address. 900-0015 2-23-12, Kumoji, Naha-shi, Okinawa Richmond hotel Naha Kumoji TEL +81-098-869-0077 In that case, please make sure to fill in the staying day and the name of guest.
Q. Can I use credit card?
It is possible to use it by the one of the following companies' credit cards. AMEX, VISA, DINERS, MASTER CARD, JCB, UNIONPAY
Q. Can I get a receipt with company name?
Yes, you can. Every guest pay the room charge with a machine, and a receipt is out from the machine. We can make a receipt with company name, so please tell the front desk it before you pay. If you lose your receipt, we can reissue it. However, we can make it by hand and put a stamp ""Reissue"".

about parking lot

Q. Parking fees?
A. ¥1000 per a night.
Q. Where is the parking lot?
A. There is a multistory parking garage in the hotel site. Capacity: 64 standard cars (1.55m) 20 high-roofed cars (2.05m)
Q. Can I make a reservation for parking lot?
A. Unfortunately, the reservation cannot be done, and we'll guide another parking lot around our hotel, in the case of full.

Restaurant

Q. Tell me about breakfast.
Buffet Style at the 1st floor restaurant,「Terrace blue」. [Business hours] open at 6:30 am close at 10:30 am *last order 10 am. [charges] Adult: ¥1200 include tax 3-6 year Kids:¥600 Please buy breakfast-tickets at the front desk.
Q. Is there a room service?
Unfortunately, we have no room service.

Service

Q. Do you have laundry service?
Yes,we do. There are the laundry bag and the laundry slip in the room. Please bring them with clothes to the front desk. There is also the Coin Laundry in the hotel.
Q. Can I copy and fax?
Yes, you can. Please tell the front desk it. Copy is ¥10 with black and white and ¥50 with color per 1sheet. Fax is ¥50 in Japan and ¥100 to abroad per 1sending.
Q. Do you have Internet service in the room?
Absolutely, all rooms have free Internet service. Both, using cable LAN and wireless LAN would be OK.
Q. Do you prepare something to drink in the refrigeration in the room?
We prepare empty refrigerator. Please feel free to bring anything. Also, we have vending machines in the hotel.
