Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?: If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?: Reservation via Phone:

Check Amend or Cancel Your reservation.

Reservation via other WEB site:

Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel

the reservation.

Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.
How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?: Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.: If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information,
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?: Unfortunately, we can not put you on the waiting list.

What are the times of Check-in and Check-out?: Guest can check-in after 2pm.
If you would like to arrive earlier then our Hotels offer an early check-in service for a fee.
Ask a reception desk about the early check-in fee.

Also Guests can check out by 11 am on the day of deperture.
Can I stay longer after check-out time, 11:00 am?: The maximum extension is 2:00 pm, and an extension charge is \1,000 per one hour from 11:00 am.
Before check-in and after check-out, can I leave my baggage?: Yes, we keep it for you. Please ask a reception desk anytime.
Can I send my baggage before I arrive the hotel?: Yes, we will receive and keep it for you.

Is there are any Japanese style room?: Unfortunately, it is not in our hotel.
Are there any pajama, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom?: Yes, there are pajama, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face soap, towels and bath mat.
Can I use Internet access in the room?: Yes, free wireless and wired-Internet access are available in all rooms at the Richmond Hottel Yokohama Basyamichi.

Can my friend of my family use my membership card?: Sorry, only the member can use own membership card.
