Airporter（お荷物即日配送サービス）のご案内♪

今回はAirporter（お荷物即日配送サービス）をご紹介いたします！
こちらは私共のホテルから、成田・羽田空港、東京23区内のホテル、舞浜エリアのホテルまで即日お荷物を配送できるサービスです。
大きなお荷物を持たずに身軽に移動・観光でき、とても便利なサービスです♪
9時までにお荷物をお預かりし、空港は当日16時以降、ホテルは19時以降に受け取ることができます。
ご利用方法は以下の通りです。
①Airporterで検索、サイトにアクセス
（フロントにございますパンフレットから、QRコードを読み込みアクセスすることもできます）
②予約・決済
③予約メールを受け取る
④フロントでタグを受け取り、記入し、荷物を預ける
⑤指定した場所で荷物を受け取る
Airporterはお客様ご自身でご予約いただく配送サービスです。
ご予約後の変更、キャンセル・返金は出来かねます。
ご利用の際は、日時、お受け取りの場所などお間違いのないようご確認くださいませ。

This time we would like to introduce Airporter (same-day luggage delivery service)!
This is a service that allows you to have your luggage delivered on the same day from our hotel to Narita and Haneda Airports, hotels in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and hotels in the Maihama area.
This is a very convenient service that allows you to travel and sightsee lightly without carrying large luggage.
Please drop off your baggage by 9:00 a.m. You can pick up your baggage at the airport after 4:00 p.m. on the same day and at the hotel after 7:00 p.m. on the same day.
To use this service, please follow the instructions below.
(1) Search for Airporter and access the website.
(You can also access the site by reading the QR code from the pamphlet available at the front desk.)
(2) Make a reservation and make payment.
(3) Receive a reservation e-mail.
(4) Receive a tag at the front desk, fill out the form, and leave your luggage with us.
(5) Pick up your luggage at the designated location.
Airporter is a delivery service that you book yourself.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after reservations have been made.
Please make sure to confirm the date, time, and pick-up location of your order.
