Luggage keep service

Thank you very much for reading our blog, Richmond hotel Sapporo ekimae.
One of the biggest events of Sapporo, “Snow Festival” is approaching soon. Since it has been world-wide famous event, we have many guests from overseas staying with us during the time.

There is something that we would like to notify about luggage keep service.
We accept to keep guests’ luggage before and after Check-out however we may have to refuse it sometimes due to the capacity limit of our cloak.
If you would like us to keep your luggage after Check-out more than 1 day, we are afraid that we may refuse primarily.
Coming back to Check in again or returning in a few hours on the Check-out day, we can keep them.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
