Today, we would like to talk about Toilet manner in Japan.
Flushing toilet paper depends on each country as it is known in worldwide. Some countries, paper shouldn’t be in the toilet bowl and have to throw it away in the trash bin and on the other hands, in other countries, paper and other trash can be thrown away to flush together.
The number of foreigner guests has been increasing recently as the Snow festival is approaching soon, here in Sapporo. We would like all the foreigner guests to understand the Toilet flushing manner.
In Japan, we flush ONLY toilet paper and other trash should be in the trash bin or it may cause a clogging.
