Reservations

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I miss my arrival date?
If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?
Reservation via Phone:
Call a hotel that you have a reservation
 
Reservation via Official WEB Site:
Check Amend or Cancel Your reservation.
 
Reservation via other WEB site:
Visit the WEB site that you made a reservation and modify or cancel
the reservation.
 
Check valid date to modify or cancel the reservation on each WEB site.

 
How many months in advance do I reserve rooms?
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.
If you are a Richmond Club membership, reservation can be made up to seven months in advance.
I received two of the same booking confirmation emails when I reserved with my Richmond Club membership number.
If you register your different email addresses for "Mail address" and "E-mail address (mobile)" as your contract information, 
you will receive two of the same booking confirmation emails to both email addresses.
Register the same email address as your information.
Can I be on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we can not put you on the waiting list.
I`m a member of Richmond Club. Is it possible to request upgrade for free?
Thank you for always using our service and join our Richmond Club.
However, we are sorry but there is no service of free room upgrade.

Payment / Receipt

What kind of payment method can I use at hotel?
These payment methods are abailavle.

*1 : Cash
       (Japanese yen {JPY} only)
*2 : Credit Cards
       Available Brands : VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express (AMEX), Diners Club
*3 : China Union Pay
*4 : Application / Code Payment Services
       Available Brands:Alipay, WeChatPay, PayPay
What time do I have to make a payment of room charge?
If you make your reservation as "Pay At Hotel", we will ask the payment when you check-in.
Please pay at front desk or payment machine in advance with the payment method you would like to use.
 

Staying

Can I check-in before 14:00? (2:00 p.m., Early Check-in)
If you would like to check-in before that time, you will be asked extra charge as "Early checking-in Fee" as follow,

1 hour before (13:00 / 1:00 p.m.)   : 1,000 JPY
2 hours before (12:00 / 0:00 p.m.)  : 2,000 JPY
3 hours before (11:00 / 11:00 a.m.) : 3,000 JPY - Fastest time of checking-in

If you would like to check-in faster than 11:00 a.m., you will be asked making extra reservation to stay.
Can I extend my checking-out time? (Late Check-out)
If you would like to extend your checking-out time, you will be  asked some extra charge as follow,

1 hour   : 1,000 JPY
2 hours :  2,000 JPY
3 hours :  3,000 JPY

The limit of extend is by 14:00 (2 p.m.).
If you would like to extend over the limit, you will be asked making extra reservation to stay.
Can our children stay for free or need extra charge ?
A 0~12 -year-old Child (*before graduate an elementary school) can stay for free as "Bed Sharing" with an adult.

Parking

Do you have any parking lot or space?
We have "Tower-storey type" parking lot next door to our hotel.
Parking Fee : 1,500JPY per day and car
Closing Time : 22~7 (10p.m. ~ 7a.m. of next morning) *Except New year`s Holidays (1st~3rd / Jan.)
Number of Lots : 10


Due to the system of parking lot, there are some limit as,
Width / Length / Height / Weight = 1,850mm / 5,050mm / *For general cars : 1,550mm *For higher cars : 2,050mm / 1,850kg
(Some Van Trucks, bigger minivans and the others are not available.)
 
Can I reserve parking lot space?
Our parking lot is as "First-come-first Served Basis".
We are sorry but we do not accept reservations.

Meal Service

What kind of meal will you supply?
We have the "Selectable 1 Main Menu & Half Buffet Breakfast Service" at our restaurant (1st / Ground Floor).
Please check some information at "DINING" page of our website.

Can I order the "Room Service" ?
Unfortunatelly, we do not have that kind of service.
Can I take out some meals from restaurant ?
To prevent sanitaly problems, any meal cannot be taken away from restaurant.
(*Except some drinks : With using DEDICATED takeout tumblers.)
Can I bring my food in your restaurant?
To prevent sanitary problems, bringing outside food and drink with you into our restaurant is not permitted.
I am afraid eating prepared foods because of my food allergies.
We can help you with preparing the files of food allergies lists which can check the details of contains.
Please feel free to ask our Reception Desk in advance.

Other Services (Reception Desk)

How can I ship some items from hotel to another place?
We have "Yu-Pack" shipping service operated by Japan Post Co.,Ltd.
Shipping costs will be decided by weigh, size and destination. (Limit of Weigh / Size {length+height+width} = 25kg / 170cm)
Please ask to reception desk staff and select the service and shipping label you would like to use (Pay in advance / Cash on Delivery are available).

If you need to send any items to other countries, please go to "Japan Post Nagoya Chu-o Post Office {Inside the JP Tower Building / 5 minuts on foot} " and ask.
Do you have any laundry facilities or services?

We have Laundromat on 5th Floor (Floor No.5)
・You only can pay by 100 JPY Coin. (Please excange at reception desk before use.)

(Laundry Service)
We have Dry Laundry Service.
Plese take your items and service slip with laundry bag to reception desk by 10 a.m.
Your items will be in ready by 5 p.m.
(*Except Sunday / National Holidays)

Other Services (Transportation / Currency Exchange / etc.)

Will your hotel supply any transportation service from hotel to International Airport or Central Station?
We are sorry but we do not supply any transportation service.
Hope your understanding, cooperation and please use public transportations.
What kind of public transportation can we use from International Airport to your hotel?
There are 3 kind of public transportations from International Airport (Chubu Central Airport "Centrair" / NGO)

Train (Operated  by "Nagoya Railroad {Nagoya-Tetsudo / Meitetsu}")
*Time : About 30 ~ 50 min. to "Metetsu Nagoya Station" + Walking (15 minutets)
*Fare  : 890JPY ~ 1,250 JPY per 1 adult

Shuttle Bus (Oprated by "Meitetsu Bus" / "Centrair Limousine")
*Time : About 1 hour ~ 1 hour 50 min. to "{1} Meitetsu Bus Center / {2} Nagoya Sta. West Gate" + Walking ({1} : 20 min. / {2} : 10 min.)
*Fare  : 1,300 JPY per 1 adult

Taxicab
*Time : About 1 hour 30 minutes ~ 2 hours
*Fare  : About 17,000 JPY ~ per 1 Taxicab
Can your hotel exchange my Foreign Currency to Japanese Yen (JPY)?
We are sorry but we cannot excange the Foreign Currency.
Instead of the service, we prepare the information map of Currency Exchange Place at reception desk.
